Input your email address and password. Skip the option of automatically configuring the account and hit ‘Next.’
Now manually input the email server setting.
Manual Roadrunner Email Settings

IMAP server settings
Roadrunner IMAP server settings are given below. Ensure that you are filling in the information accurately.
Launch the email application.
Input your email address and password.
Select the option of ‘Manual setup’ and untick the ‘Automatically Configuration’ option.
Choose ‘IMAP server settings’ and follow these instructions.
Account Type is ‘IMAP.’
The incoming server is mail.twc.com.
The incoming mail server port number is 143.
Choose Security Type as TLS/SSL.
The outgoing server is mail.twc.com
The outgoing mail server port number is 587.
Input ‘None’ in front of Security Type.
Input ‘None’ in front of Insecure Port.
In the email space, input Roadrunner email id.
Uncheck or untick the option of ‘Secure server.’
Uncheck or untick the option of ‘Verified certificate.’
Type in your entire Roadrunner password and email and hit ‘Next.’
Now, provide the account name that you wish to appear on your system’s screen.
Tap ‘Done.’
POP server settings
POP server settings are also easy to configure. Follow these pointers.
Launch the Roadrunner webmail and choose ‘Settings.’
Select ‘POP Settings’ from the manual server settings.
Change the account type to POP. Follow these instructions.
Mail.twc.com is the incoming mail server.
The port type of the incoming server is POP3.
995 is the port number.
The security type is None.
Mail.twc.com is the outgoing mail server.
587 is the server port.
Select None as Security type.
Lastly, input your email ID and password for incoming and outgoing usernames.
Hit ‘Done.’
